It's a simple project that anyone can do, and it only takes a few hours from start to finish. So gather your materials and let's get started!

The Original Wooden Sled

Gather Your Materials

You will need a piece of wood that is at least 2 feet wide and 4 feet long. You will also need a saw, screws, nails, and a drill.

If you want to paint or decorate your sled, you will need paint, markers, or other craft supplies.

Cutting The Sides Of Your Sled

Next, use the saw to cut two pieces of wood that are 1 foot wide and 4 feet long. These will be the sides of your sled.

Then, cut two more pieces of wood that are 1 foot wide and 2 feet long. These will be the front and back of your sled.

Assemble Your Sled

Now it's time to assemble your sled! First, attach the front and back pieces to the sides using screws or nails.

Then, drill four holes in the top of your sled. These will be used to attach the ropes that you will use to pull your sled.

Finally, decorate your sled however you like! Paint it, add stickers, or whatever else you can think of. Once you're finished, it's time to take your sled for a spin!

If you did it right, your final product should look a little something like this:
